Maggie Hybrid II

So in order not to hijack the previous maggie hybrid thread but still reference to it I've decided to start a new one. I've been working with SoCalRT on an HHO project. The biggest obstacle I'm running into is lack of space under the hood. In order to bypass this problem even if it is for testing purposes I've decided to build it as a module and put it in the back. As a safety precaution I'm disconnecting the power and venting the system completely when not in use. I'm also going to pressure test the system up to 15PSI in order

Since I have the room I'm taking pieces from several ideas I've seen floating around. First is beekinLeadman's verticle PVC method. The container is going to be a 3in PVC with a 1.5in pipe inside. The inside pipe is going to be knotched in order to hold the spiral wire electrodes. One end of the container will be permanently sealed while the other end will contain a cleanout opening that will have a gasket in order to seal it.

To trick the computer I'm looking at a MAP/O2 sensor enhancer. I found a source for about 85 bucks. SoCalRT researched using the Predator kit and found that you would have to get a custome tune that would run in excess of 450 dollars.

That is where I stand now. Thoughts on this project? Ideas?
