You are correct, since 1986, all cars/trucks, etc. are to have a 3rd brake light. I guess I have been lucky with the police with all of the 3rd brake lights I have removed from my cars/trucks. Or they just don't give a darn about my missing 3rd brake light and going after real criminals is more important.

Actually we are going to be test fitting a spoiler to a car this afternoon. We've already made 4 spoilers, so once I know I have a good fit I'll be ready to go.
