well it's been kind of a lost cause but i did find this software called UltraMon you can try it out for 30 days from this website

after the install if you right click on the icon and go to properties you will have two new tabs one is UltraMon - Window you can then select which monitor the program will run in..Ive been playing with it a little today kind of a cool program.....anyway have fun with it!
