I used the Alpine speaker kit with mine and no mods were necessary. Even the tweeters in the front dash fit right into place. The system sounds great with an Alpine dual channel, cross over, 500 watt amp. and 12 inch woofer. I'm sure your 100 watt amp. would work great with this speaker kit. I know you may not want to spend on upgrading the speakers but the stock speakers (at least mine) are built on a plastic frame and the sound quality was limited for sure.
