Go to the home page and "Create and Album"
After creating an album, upload the pic that you want to add.
When the pic is uploaded, copy the direct link code that you want to post.
During the post, click on the little mountain scene at the top of the message block "insert an image" and past the direct link code that you copied from your Album.
Should work fine. I would keep the pics around or under 800X600 or so.
