I also recently purchased the Flashpaq. These are pretty much the settings most of us use at the moment. 91 octane, reduced torque managment ( I chose to say no to this option, not much of a difference though), topspeed limiter set to your desire

, make sure you measure the diameter of your tires ( Steve knows a site) and auto shiftkick, I tried the shift hold mode, acts just like a manual tranny so be carefull and don't forget to shift lol. Anyways try and play around with it and you'll find something you like.
