Hey Bob I'm guessing they (the inverters) draw about 10- 15 amps. The trick is that the inverters need full voltage to run (12+v) or the halos will be very dim or may not light up at all. I have to run my engine for my headlight halos to fire up properly.
I personally don't have em, but it would depend where you got em connected. if you tap into the running lights then you're gonna have those drawing power as well. if you're planning on using them for shows only it might be to your benefit to connect them to their own switch, that way power consumption should be minimalP.S. Get a new battery!! lol

I have them wired on their own circuit right now, with a switch on the dash to control them. I only have the Fog Light Halo's now, have to do the headlights next.
I know I need a new battery................... coming soon.
I run my halos off of my parking light wires. They fire up when the car is not on. The only thing I hate is that all the lights are tied into a timer from the cars computer. If I leave the halos on at a car show, they turn off automatically and I have to come back to the car to turn them back on. I am going to re-wire the halos to there own switch so I can have the halos on full time at car shows.

I thought you could disable that option in the EVIC Personal Settings menu.
Thanks. The Bee has been down for a bit getting all dolled up for this years car show season. It was great to have the car back on the road this past weekend for our Space City LX monthly meet and greet. We had over 40 LX's show up. Houston's LX scene is getting big.
