    AEcarbon: SEMA vehicles, Recent Activities




    So we've been crazy busy over the past few months. First with our C5 Corvette and HIN followed by multiple LX vehicles and SEMA. Yesterday Nathan (Redfox) got into to pick up his parts along with parts for Plumfloored and Talon to take to SEMA. I will let Nathan jump in with the urgency of which some of these parts were frantically made and finishing touches to the car. When I left the shop today at 3pm it was heading to the detailers while we were waiting for clearcoat to cure on the Radiator cover. Here are some photos:

    Starting over with a new Magnum RT... 6.1L with SRT Max Cam, Corsa catback, SRT Suspension, silver Brembos, graphite powder coated Charger SRT wheels, frost white intake manifold and valve cover, matte black engine bay, 300C SRT front end, Black Ops 300-Challenger style carbon fiber hood coming soon. Project "SnoMachine" all work performed by Plum Floored Creations.

    PS... The radiator panel and the bottom part of the shaker on the Redfox Racing car were not planned and have been fabricated in the past 24hrs...

    The Magnum radiator panel for resell will be slightly different we had to trim the sides off that fill the fender gap due to time constraints for fitment.

    LOOKS AMAZING..... Might need to go change my shorts

    Looks great guys... The firewall cover to me looks kinda weird with those big gaps..

    If we had more time and parts in advance believe me there wouldnt be quite those large of gaps. But bear in mind to this is one nasty motor and its gonna shake like a mofo. Stroked 426 with 12psi off of the F1 ProCharger intercooled running pure methanol.

    Thank you for the kind words! Everyone at AEcarbon put their heart, sweat and tears into these parts for SEMA. We are glad they are appreciated and have been received well...hopefully everyone at the big show will agree.

    Nope thats the tube from the intercooler to the TB provided by ProCharger (injection molded plastic)...we wrapped it.


    Btw, for anyone wanting to know the task list for this car for the past 24hrs:

    Install/Fit half covers
    Install/Fit Radiator Panel (1st part ever off the mold)
    Wetsand/Buff, clearcoat, wetsand, buff, polish Radiator Panel
    Fabricate Firewall cover
    Smooth lower trim ring of Shaker
    Install new mesh in shaker
    Reassemble
    Detail Car

    All sets of half covers including green and purple have also been made in the past 48hrs....long nights
