Help !!!!

Ok heres what I have..Kenwood DDX512 head unit. Power Acoustic headrest monitors. I am getting power to the headrests but it says no signal. I took the advice of my installer and replaced the 2 black boxes where all the connections go...Nothing. I cant figure it out. We also took the AV out from the back of the radio and ran it to his input and it worked so I know it isnt the H/U.

It is driving me nuts at this point. The seller (member here) says they were working (tested them) before shipping. I really dont have a reason not to believe him..

I think it is something simple but 2 places couldnt figure it out.

any ideas ?

Have u tried messing with your video-out settings when u power on the unit?

you can also plug the headrest into a gaming system or external dvd player to check the headrest. also make sure the video setting on the headrest on set correctly

try changing the input on the monitors. from input 1 to input 2 or vise versa. also check the connections on the video amp, if that's what you're using, if not you should look into a video amp

Hope U Get It Man!!! Lemme Know What Is Up Either Way And Ill Try And Help You! sometime the video signal isnt strong enough and you need to have a signal amp to boost it up!

The signal was strong enough to run another tv in my installers car..I am about ready to pull these fugers out and install a flip down
