I bought the Metra but they couldn't get it to work. I'm running a PAC steering wheel interface and a PAC radio replacement interface (Rev.1.4.18b).

I bought the Metra and the audioshop couldn't get it to work. I'm running a PAC Chrysler Radio Replacement Interface (Rev.1.4.18b) and a PAC Steering Wheel Interface for Pioneer and Sony Radios. Details:
After marjet head unit install problems.
