These are good amps for sure, have used a couple of them... I would at least contact the company... has happened with me once by accident, and the person ran with with about $800 worth of subs, and never let us know he received it (DAMN DROP SHIPPING), so we where out $800, not cool

I gotta agree with MadDad here. I would LOVE to get a couple of free JL 1000/1's in the mail, but I'd still contact the company and tell them of the mistake....................it's just a karma thing, I guess.

I can never get them. I have gone through the same company to order some capcells (since they are in limited supply), but after waiting for months to get them, I cancelled my order as well. I would like to find out about them and get rid of my cap and battery setups.

caps are garbage, your much better off getting an extra batt.

I use to have 2 YellowTop Optimas and a 5 farad cap. Now I just have the cap. That will change next summer when I get my new air tanks for my bags. Since I got my amps in, it looks like I will be selling my 3 (new) Power Acoustick amps (x2 2-channel and x1 4-channel).
