You should be good, but get everyone's opinion. I had double din and used the nav bezel for my indash TV,NAV so I'm not totally for sure. I would also think you would need:
data retention kit $100
dash kit $20
Ant. converter $15

Do you have stock Sirius? Are you planning on getting it?

Yea man, that's what I meant by the bezel kit, it adds a pocket under the HU so you don't have a gaping hole there. That's what I got, but I would strongly suggest a 2din HU, it looks a lot neater, I'm tryin to go that route myself
