Navigation system

Hi,

I have imported a 2005 Magnum from USA to SWEDEN
the car has the navigation system,(in sweden we only have the 300C sedan or statiowagon 2,7-5,7 engine its still the 300C.)
I dont have the navigation CD so I went to our Chrysler dealer to buy one
I was told that the CD for the 300C dont work in the Magnum and that the cars have diffrent systems,Is this true.

Hi there and welcome! As far as I know they are the same (here in the states and canada). It's the REC head unit (says REC by the lower right knob). Here's a picture of one of our members rides, which is the same as mine:

I thought the Euro Nav unit was are REJ and will not work in the US? The REC unit is North American and is not the same.

You might be able to trade with someone who will be going overseas.....LXFourms always has a few that are asking to trade.

USA/Canada Units have to be swapped out when you ship them to Europe. I got one (USA/Canada Unit) cheap from a forum member because of that.
