I am asking this on behalf for a customer that is presently over in Iraq and he would like to have sub enclosure done and delivered before he gets back home.
The OEM folding cargo floor is 39" wide -- gives it enough room to slide in without scuffing.
Thanks for the info Maddad, much appreciated.
I saw the one post for what someone did for an enclosure installed in the floor and based on what those dimensions he provided I speculated that a width of 38" was a pretty safe bet.

If you are talking about this
That would be me, if you are doing a straight box (keeping spare) then its easy. You need to decide if you are going to wrap the covering on the sides too or just a top layer. I measured the carperting and it was 1/8 inch so I made the box 1/4 shorter than the 39 that the trifold panel measured.
