    IPOD Integragation

    IPOD Integragation # 82209617AC

    Mopar Super Center still shows AC but they are shipping out AD. AD is compatible with the IPOD Gen 3 AC is not.

    I have the 05 with the navi, and Integrated Solutions makes a direct ipod connectior that works off of the CAN-BUS (plugs directly into the unit) and allows you to control the ipod with the steering wheel controls. Even better, they have an add an amp kit the actually works with the other connector. Basically, you are daisy chaining both in before the nav unit. Each is about $99 and it will give you direct IpOD integration, and will allow you to add an amp with a better sound and control than if you used the high inputs. YOu can search them on ebay or go to integratedsolutions.net. They are really helpful!

    Easy , Soundgate makes a unit called IPODCORE . This will allow you to plug your ipod into the 3.5 jack without using the headphone out . It uses a patented plug that goes into the bottom of the unit . It also has wires or a cigarette lighter adapter coming out of it that will allow you to charge the Ipod while you enjoy . Also check out there M2 mount . It is awesome .
    i work for them so I understand this stuff and the struggles people have trying to figure it out .

    The i simple tranzit model number is77 is the nicest peice I have came across I install at least one of these a week at my shop, they work with all ipods and charge them at 5volts the way they should be charged, very easy to install on any stock or aftermarket radio, check em out!

    I just asked at a local shop about using that product, but was warned against using it because apparently it adds noise to the system. Anyone know if that's true?
