Where is the Factory Satellite Located in a 2005 Magnum?????

I need to disconnect the Factory Satellite to install the CHYX. So I need to know where it is located at in a 2005 Magnum.

If the vehicle has both factory Satellite and VES, you must disconnect either one directly at the device. If the vehicle has factory single disc radio, the Satellite receiver must be disconnected directly at the device . Refer to vehicle’s repair manual for location and removal of the Satellite receiver or VES plug.
