I have a Factory sub and it rattles when the base kicks in.

Might check the mounting brackets. They are not the best and the reason I changed mine. Sure enough - broken bracket. Was told that this is common for the OEM's.

I had the same problem. I just put a piece of cloth between the piece on the Hinge behind the left seat towards the back to put pressure on it, and no more rattle.

Had that same thing i my car...took a lil bit of dynomat wedged it in between the bracket and plate and no more noise
