(nice tip in case you didn't know that!) MY son went out today to try to start the car and didn't know the process so it failed several times. He came in to get mom's key and it started but wouldn't go into reverse. I took the battery out to try to reset the electronics and that din't help. I then called the dealership but they said they hadn't heard of the Sentry key/safety locking out the trans and they suggested I have it towed in. My local car repair shop also said to tow it in for inspection and repair. She's parked in my garage nose first so this is going to get ugly.
