I made each frame pretty much the same way as above, then animated in Adobe Fireworks CS4

Not at all, about 5-10 minutes to make it, then load it into photobucket, then copy the image code into the sig editor.

Cool! And that was reading how I did it at the same time? Im just trying to make sure that everyone can do this and do it quick. Yours is the first Ive seen so far. Was anything confusing? Let me know and I'll edit the first post

I did read your post as I did it. The program took about 12 minutes to load from the link you gave. Other than that it was really straight forward. One thing I can say is I was worried about the pixels. When you set it to 600 x 150 and start putting pics where you want them the pics look like crap (all pixely and rough) but ignore it. The pic comes out fine when you save it.

For me I was not zoomed in and they still look like garbage, but they came out fine in the end...

Yea in your post the first few pics look good (quality) then you zoom and and they get bad, mine were bad from the start. They were also from a Canon Rebel XSi and were huge so I had to make them fit. lol.

Okay....cool. Next time, just incase, you may want to resize to 1024.
