Fan assembly replacement (whole unit for cheap)
One of my fan motors died on me recently, I got this whole, brand new, lifetime warranty unit from this place who also has it listed on E-bay.
Price is great, I replaced the whole unit myself, very easy, just need to remove the air intake, the upper radiator hose, the main fan wire going to the shroud, then the 2 bolts holding the shroud, lift it up and remove, swap the wiring to the new unit, slide it back in, put the 2 bolts back, reconnect the main wire, put hose and intake back, add coolant to the top of the reservoir (will probably need more later). Easy to do, takes 30 minutes or less for the average joe with basic tools, so easy, don't even need pictures to figure it out. 05 - 06 DODGE MAGNUM Radiator & AC Condenser Cooling Fan Assembly (seller name on E-bay is: igboys) (P.S.: unit costs more on E-bay than their store, they may need to update their price) |

BTW: symptom of only one fan working is your car will run around 248 constantly.
That's what happened to me, I thought I had a stuck thermostat, but after checking further I saw only one fan was working. |
