HID Kits $300 installed

Craigslist ad for HID Kits, $300 installed by XTREME AUTO TRENDZ. They have a picture of Icewood in their post I think. Anyone know these guys or have any opinions on this idea.

I met them through Mike at HIN 08 in dulles. seemed like good guys, besides Icewood was hanging with them i think

Well it appears as though 2 forum members know of them! Trying swinging thru the shop and check them out for yourself. You could always ask how much they would sell you the HIDs for and install them yourself....Its not hard by any means!

that is what I would do , go thru the shop. You will know by what you see if you want them messing with your ride or not.

seems kinda pricey
an audio shop near my house would sell them for $200 installed
saved myself another $50 and intstalled them myself in less than fifteen minutes!

I got an email from a local guy wanting to sell his for $75. I just haven't had a chance to check 'em out! He said he'd show me how to hook them up too... is there some type of special hook up/wiring?

no extra hook up if youi got the right ones! sometimes you need a capacitor wired up to it!, my buddy sells the one with the plug and play version , i think he sells it for a hundred and sixty !
