SON OF A xxxxx!!!!

I went out last nite to test the halos on my new headlamps. Guess what!! The rightside of the halo where the high beams are at half of the halo is out. It comes on time to time. I just dunno how the seller gonna reinburst me for all the trouble. I live in an aprtement and i dont have tools or anything so i pay a guy $50 to put on those lamps for me. We tested everything was ok. The i place the eyelids on there. The guy have to take off the bumper for less trouble to install those lamp. Little did we know the clips on the bumper is a one time deal. So i had to go get new ones. The only place that i know have it is a dodge dealer. I needed 6 and they sold those plastic cliper for $22 but i harassed them till they give me free installation. I just dont know how the seller gonna fix this problem. Basically im screw as of now till i figure out what to do!!

Please gimme some suggestions or advice fellas!!!

Those are the CFL ones... he's proably gonna have to give you new headlights.

Yes but i paid for installation+clips for bumpers+eyelids on top of the headlights. Replacing the lamps wont be good enough tho. Have to take out the eyelids and pay again for installation+clips..too much money coming out.

Dude, cant help with the halos, if only half is lit, sounds like a bad halo, but as far as the clips, I had my front fascia off today, and I was as ace hardware for something else, lo and behold they had the auto push in clips for 30 cents each!!!, little different than stock, but they worked fine

Those aren't going to work for you... those are the LEDs for the old style.
Yours are supposed to be CFL instead of LED.

I have read on these forums about problems with halos in the past and that's why, personally, I won't touch 'em! However, I love the LOOK!!!

if they are legit halos AAC sells halo replacements for 30 bucks. If they are the CCF rip off on ebay - thats the risk you run and you will need to take it up with him.

Sounds like they are not the oracle types.

Sorry to hear about your halo problems.

My "Halos" are doing just fine. We're 18 games ahead of the next team and only need 9 more wins to clinch the division. I love my beloved "Halos"!!!
