4 New Mods this weekend...VERTICAL baby!!
So this weekend was a great weekend for modding the Mag. Weather wasn't great but who cares, more important things had to be done. the 1st thing I got and installed were the new Eagle Eye's Black L.E.D. Taillights. The second mod was the new full front black mesh honeycomb grill followed by the install of the new V.D.I. Vertical Door Hinges. My brother and a couple buddies started Saturday at about 11:00 - 11:30 on by the time we woke up. Here are a few pics showing the fun we had.
Here is the start of my exciting day. ![]() The hood is up and the tools are out ![]() That would be the front bumber and pieces layed across the lawn, cut and ready for the new piece ![]() The front bumber seems to be missing ![]() Oh Yeah!!! Taped and ready to start baby. ![]() |

This is her first pic out the next day. I went to the opening game of the Buffalo Bills, we got so much attention at the game it was F'N great. I am such an attention whore sometimes. Just like Jay told me, I'll pop thise doors open at the weirdest places and just leave em like that.
![]() This next pic is Sunday night after the Bills game...I just had to snap a shot. This next picture is something my fiancee took, she said I had a HUGE vein in my leg...that would also be a tattoo of a bllody jigsaw puzzle piece cut from my leg. ![]() |

Tomorrow I am going to go wash her and clean her up inside, I am going to post some prettier pictures of her all pretty looking. I want to give a Huge Thank You to Jay for all his help and advice, this guy helped me with the wiring and harness thing, and also called me at night to see how it went. What a great guy. I have to make it down to Maryland and buy this man a drink...hell more like a kegs worth. Jay you are the best. Thank You. I also want to thank Gina at V.D.I. for all her help on getting me my doors so fast and safe. Gina is awesome. Another Thank You to Heidi at Billet Tech for my door sills and new skull emblem. 1 more thank you to Bigdundizzle for posting the step-by-step picture install on the verts, without that I don't think we could've done it in the time and ease we did it in. Thank You all...everyone on this forum is great and I appreciate everyone.

mjgmagnumlooks awesome, what has to be cut on the fender? And is it hard to extend all the wires in the door?
There were only two cuts on each side. 1 on the fender itself and one on the firewall under the fender. Minor cuts and a little gringing ot down...my favorite part, lots of sparks..so pretty. haha. Extending the wires was easy, but getting them in place and forming and all that was tricky. Jay said over time and use they will form the way we want it. sonicpukeWell done. Looks awesome. I'm sure you don't regret doing lambos. Def. not regreting...these things f'n rule. |
