exhaust misshap
I know there are like a billion threads on exhaust already, but i wanted to vent a little. I went in to get my magnaflow cat back installed yesterday, unfourtanetly i couldnt do it, because the chop shop i had taken it to when i first got it to put on the flowmaster mufflers chopped off my exhaust support brackets. I went down to the dealership to order 4 new supports and 4 new rubber insulaters for the supports.. grand total 200 fraking dollars... I was sooo pissed.. but man what could i do, i have a 800$ exhaust waiting to be installed i cant let it sit and rot. But on a good side note, when i was buying these at the dealership, they happened to have a K&N Typhoon cold air intake, i got it for 180 a heck of deal condsidering that they sell online for bout 230ish. so to sum it up
4-support brackets for exhaust=200$ (freaking 30$ a piece for the rubber insulaters) 1 cold air intake=180$ this just dosent seem right =( Thanks for listenting. |
