HAS ANYONE MOTORIZED THEIR LAMBOS ? I FOUND THIS CONVERSION KIT AND WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWES ANYTHING ABOUT EM. THE KITS ARE ALL ON SALE SO I THINK THE PRICE IS CHEAP. TAKE A LOOK AND LET'S HEAR WHAT YOU THINK.

I almost did this a week ago! the concept seems easy but the headaches come in when its time to mounting the actuators and other hardware. I don't think there is a 100% bolt on kit or universal (not positive). the vdi hinge barely leaves room to get the wire harness in there, let alone actuators for out then up motion. Cool mod though, but definitely a lot of "trial and error"

It sounds great...but I think there is more that you would have to do. Like Gomojo said, there is absolutley no room to play with the wiring harness. I'd love to see it done.

hello i have not yet installed a motorized piston kit but every one i have seen the movement was way to jerky

Hmmmm... if I had Lambo doors, that's what I'd want... and as old as I am, couldn't I just grab the handle and help it lift me out??? LOL And who cares if it's jerky... you outta see me trying to get out of my NEON! Dang... that little thing is low, 'specially with racin' seats!

I have seen a couple also up close and it was way jerky.
