Nope...see the shipping charge. In the end, it's still a better price than the $200 kits. I believe fam0516 (sorry if I got that wrong) has a set from the same seller and he says he has no complaints.
what kind of fluid? Where does it go into the ballassts
it comes with 2 little reservoirs, one for the headlight fluid and the other for the blinker fluid if you upgrade those too, with HIDs. the fluid mixture should be 50% water, 50% seasalt and 50% 2 stroke motor oil
