Front fascia removal

Hey peeps, my poor baby HEMI R/T got a boo-boo so I need to change the front fascia. I work in the automotive paint industry so I have a few connections and I landed myself a completely painted and assembled front fascia. I dont want to drop a couple hundred bucks on the install, so I was wondering if any of you had experience with this and could lend a hand?

thanks in advance

fascia Removal

The fascia switch is pretty easy and shouldn't take more than a couple of hours even for a first timer, I can do it now in under 15 minutes. There are the six push pins on the top, all the little 7mm and 2-10mm bolts on the lower panel, 3-push pins in each lower wheel well, 1-10mm bolt on each side, tucked under the fender liner that holds the rear tip of the fascia. You will need to drill out the 3-plastic rivets in the wheel well on each side and put in new push in clips. Once everything is loose, just give the fascia a good smack forward with your hand below the headlights and it should come right off. If you have fog lights be careful when you remove the fascia and remove the bulbs.

Tip: lay a piece of carpet or towels on the ground to protect the paint.

Thanks Brett. I will try to get my hands on some push in clips. By the way, nice ride, I'm really liking the front and rear lights, but the tailgate mod is very sweet. Must have been a lot of work to shave down the handle.

CHIse07 - save the money and give it a shot. It takes very few tools and just a little time...
