I've seen them on a couple, and I've broken down and bought one for the summer travel.
A number of people have used the clear-bra. I plan on using mine only for distance travel as I've been getting quite a few chips on the snout. |

I own a regular Dodge bra for the car, I used to have a Inferno Red SXT, I used during the spring and summer, during the fall when I took it off(got my grill kit) I noticed some paint hazzing, what ever you do make sure you wax the shit out of where the bra will be touching the paint. I traded the sxt the following summer so I didnt have to deal with the messed up paint. Still got the bra if anyone is interested.

I've had a clear bra on my Mag for almost 3 years now. Mine covers everything on the front of the car and up the hood about a foot. I also had it on my mirrors before I painted them black. It can also be used anywhere you could get paint damage, like the rear bumper, door sills.....They do a great job of protecting the paint and lights from chips and debris damage. The film is really tough and you care for it as if it were paint with regular polish and waxes...

i can't afford the clear joint
![]() I'm going to get the regular one and only use it for road trips... cuz at the end of the day, a 14 hour drive to the Chi will do more damage to the paint than a bra.. |

If you check the auto stores, they make a grey primer like spray on magerial, that while it won't come off in the rain, it will come off with soap and water. I'm going to buy a can of that, some tape, for masking, and use it for the road trips. I went to OK, last weekend....1200+miles, I spent $5 when I got there to spray the bugs off, and so far a couple of bucks when I got back, and I still don't have all of them off completely. I'm going to have to dump another few bucks later when I have the time.
