Exterior StylingGrills, Body Kits and other accessories
I've gotta say, i'm addicted to this forums, tons of help, tons of sweet pictures of Mags.
Anyway here is a picture of my painted grill (was Chrome) and my tinted taillights.
My taillights were darker but I decided to sand off the clear coat using 600grit wet/dry sand paper. It took a little bit of the Night Shade off but still looks better than factory (in my opinion) and now it feels just like factory, very smooth.
That was the first thing I did was paint the grill black. At first it was a bitch to get off(didn't read/watch and instructions dope!) but after i got it off i used a nice gloss black. After I did that I looked and the front plate mount was to dull as well as the fog light bezels so little by little I'm painting them to match.
The tails look a bit pale and merky. Try using 2000 grit then a goos polish and buffing(like porter cable) machine. Those puppies will shine away and wont be as dark either.
