Need some advice please...

I have already ordered my rear wing badge from Billet. Since it probably wont get here till its cold outside I figuered I'd go ahead and remove the rear wiper this weekend. My concern is the plug for the hole. I read alot about using rubber grommets or cutting metal and magnets. I'm not sure the best way to go. My main concern is keeping the rain and/or snow from seeping into the hole. If any of you wonderful Magnumaniacs can help point me in the right direction for a secure/tight fit for the hole I would much appreciate it!

one more thing!!! wish me luck... my ride is going naked today!! hope theres no bubbles

Thanks bunches....

you can seal around the back side of what you use to fill the hole with. I did the plastic one and painted it but it kept chipping off. Then I did the steel one that worked good then I put the BT wing over it.
here is the Plastic version I had repainted 3 times

here is the steel version
A square piece for the back sealed with silicone

here is the painted steel piece

here with the wing over it

Thanks for the replies gentlemen. I didnt think of sealing it from the back... makes so much since to do that. Well i guess i'm off tomorrow to the hardware store to find something to fit the hole.

Anyone know about what size the hole is? I know its not perfectly circle, got a flat part on the bottom.
