Well I've been tracking it diligently since last week and it finally got here.
I was out in the garage getting prepared --

My trusty assistant


Mod Gnomes were no help -- busy arguing on the best way to proceed--- so I took the hood off myself..


I was just taking the windshield washer nozzles out of the old hood when I saw this


I helped the driver unload it, signed the papers and ripped open the carton

A little while later I finally got it in place and test fit pending paint and some minor adjustments

A few minor tweaks and it's on -- just got to go to the painter's next week

So the portion of the stripe below your hood... you're peeling that off I presume, right? Man... can't wait to see it painted.... any decision on what you're going to do with the front part of the scoop where the mesh grill is? Or is that one of your next mods.... to get a honeycomb grille?
