I think Jayalbert had a set but didn't put them on for some reason --- fit and finish seemed to be an issue from what I recall

I've wanted this mod for a long time! My car (a 300C--my wife has the Magnum) is currently at Tuner Racing outside Houston having the rear lambos installed as we speak! I dropped the car off Friday. They should be completed next weekend. I'm going with the GT Factory hinge. The owner of the shop has a set on his car and I was able to see it mess with it in person. VERY sturdy and he assures me this kit won't give me the weird angle many of the other rear lambo kits I've seen have. His car isn't an LX, but the angle on his rear doors (when up) is almost exactly the same as his front doors--that's what I'm looking for! I'll post up as soon as I get the car back and will give you my initial impression of the kit...

Why didn't you tell me your 3C was at TunerRacing Edie? I will go by this week and check on your baby and see how the rear lambo install is coming along. I needed to go by there anyway to talk to the owners wife on her new digital air brushing she just started. I sure wish you could make SF this year, you would slay the entire LX crowd with the rear lambo doors. I know you have been wanting to do this for some time now, to go with your front door lambos.
Talk to you soon, Freebird

Thanks Mark! Their digital airbrushing is INCREDIBLE! We are thinking about having them do something for us under the hood in the future too. I was really impressed with Devlin and feel really good about having the work done there. It didn't hurt either that I was able to see his car's doors. I'm hoping to pick it up Sat and join the Houston crew for some go-karting!

Thats who I talk to about the rear doors. I just wanted a little more info befor I do it. They told me that I can bolt it on or weld it on. how are you doing yours, if it's not to much to ask how much are they charging you to install. I just order my front door kit from vdi, and tuner racing are try'en to talk me in to going with the GT factory kit they said that the gt factory bolt on kit can go 90 and wont butterfly out like the other kits do, and they are alot stronger. What kit do you have on your front? I know a few people that have the vdi kits and they love them.

I will let TaylorMotorSports answer these questions for you.
Do you live in Houston, since you mentioned Tuner Racing? If so, come on out to the next SpaceCityLX.com event.
