Bouch is making a name for themself!
rims chipping?

I just bought a set of BOSS 308 rims 20" from a guy tonight 400 bucks for all 4 they are in great shape but in a couple little ares io noticed a bit of bubbling/cracking nothing huge especially for that price i was woundering if anyone has tried any kind of trick to prevent it from continuing cause i know you can not fix a small area on a rim without re-chroming the whole wheel i was thinking just maybe a clear coat in those areas like a nail polish clear coat what do you guys think i'll send pics when i get them shined up

magnum05 is gettin' serious now!magnum05 is gettin' serious now!
I always thought is was from the finish on the wheel get damaged and water, dirt and salt getting under it. So over time the bond between the chrome and the wheel comes loose and it flakes off. I don't of any way to stop it or fix the damaged spots. Sorry I couldn't be more help
