![]() Here is a diagram of where each bolt is that holds the fender on. The arrows indicate where I was able to get to the head to undo it. 1. Broke off the rivet (top only), pulled back the fender well a little and snuck a ratchet with extension in there 2. Took headlight off and can reach it with ratchet (might also be able to reach it from the #1 position if second rivet is broken). There is also a plastic clip infront of the bolt as well holding the fender to the facia. 3. Just took ratchet and undid 4. Had to use a wrench because the foam that holds your hood strut is in the way a little (not to bad) 5 & 6. You have to take all the clips and rivets off the fender well and small rocker panel piece (mine I hade to take the whole thing off because i had metal rivets, not plastic) Then you can reach up in between the fender and the fenderwell to get to the heads. You might also want to just pull out the foam piece that is in your door (you will know when you feel it) 7 & 8. Are under the smaller piece of the rocker panel. The small piece should come off seperatly from the larger one with a clip but mine was held together by a metal rivet underneath. So the whole thing came off. When all are undone pull up slightly on your fender and then out. |

Great info!
I'm guessing you're installing vertical doors? If you have the LSD kit the spacers go on the drivers side (top and bottom), and the weatherstrip (rubber and plastic thingy) on the leading edge of both doors needs to be removed or trimmed back. That should cure your alignment issues.... I hope ![]() |
