I have always favored a similar color. its mystic from the 96 mustang cobra.
I was qouted $6000 when I had my 96 explorer 5.0 and wanted to paint it that color. 10 yrs ago LOL.
I had it on my Intrepid that I traded in to get the Mag. If you don't mind being gawked at EVERYWHERE you go, and I do mean EVERYWHERE, then go for yours. I liked it a lot but didn't need all the extra attention.
Don't know where everyone was getting their paint from but I went to the same school (Dunwoody - downtown MPLS) as the House of Kolor inventor Jon Kosmoski so I met a bunch of the "old" guys he was in body shop class with. Great hookups but don't think I'd do it again.
My wife is dying to get her Sebring GTC Convertible painted that color. Haven't priced it out anywhere, though. It shouldnt be as expensive as it once was, hopefully.
