Getting ready to tint my tails and the can is a little vauge on recoat times, so couple of questions

1) how long do you wait between coats?

2) do you color sand between coats of NS or just before clearing?

Any help greatly appreciated!!

MagnuMer is making a name for themself!
I was fortunate enough to be able to swap tails with another Magnum owner who was parting out his car. I did read a thread hear before on a walk-through of tinting. It looks like theirs turned out really well. Shout out to Steve the Boss for the write up. His Mag looks sick!!!!

I used adhesive promoter (pepboys) (1-2 coats) then the VHT (5-10 coats), waited 10 minutes between coats when I did my eyebrows.
No sanding required (not before either, no need to prep when using adhesive promoter)
A few days later and once every couple of months I apply a coat of Black turtle wax on the tint to make it shine and to protect it.

^^ good info!

I didnt use adhesiv promoter but i lightly sanded mine, then threw down 5 fairly heavy coats waiting about 15 min between each, then 3 coats of clear coat over it, then buffed to a SHIIIIIIINE!

3 months w/o n e thing on em
(they needed a good washing though....)
