I have a 3.5 Magnum sxt and want to dress up the engine and under the hood. I already put a K&N cold air intake on but im looking for more parts like a engine cover. ANY IDEAS
Some people on LXforums have adapted a engine cover off of an Infinity (G35 I think). It takes a bit of work an I personally think its a waste. I dressed mine up by painting the radiator cover and all the caps to match the body color, also got strut tower covers, braided color sleeving, the airhammer. I also recently started to have some custom airbrushing done to it. Another thing you can do is remove the heat blanket (only for noise dampening). Much nicer to look at body color than ugly black stuff.
Billet Technology also makes some nice caps and covers and such.
I just dont understand covering up plastic with more plastic (uglier plastic even). Long term I am going to remove my upper intake manifold for airbrushing.
