Black front grille suggestions??

I found this grille on Ebay and it's what I like, but I was wondering if anyone else has it on a Black Mag and what they think of it. I've seen the chrome ones but would like to see a black one. I like the full look, without the crossbars in it. let me know anyone.

Hey,

I had the Grill installed for a good 3 Months. It does look nice but I wouldn't recommend it. There is too little support for the Grill to the front fascia. You also need to cut out your stock Grill to fit this one.

I would go with honeycomb inserts instead or ensure that you find a way to secure this Grill in place. The stock 4 screws will not keep this Grill in place.

My Grill cracked in half on the highway after a rock hit it and it fell right out!

Since I cut the stock Grill out I am kind of stuck with either buying the same Grill again, or buying a stock fascia again.

I hope this helps you out!

Ya know, you should send him a PM or see if he chimes in here. But maybe he could make you something that will prevent having to buy a new fascia. Maybe a honeycomb grill that replaces the cross hairs.

Yeah it's all up to you and your taste. The grill you are questioning is made of cheap plastic and will crack easily. Plus the fit is really awful and takes a precise sanding of the crossbar to fit in properly.
