I am going to be wiring my halos by tapping into my wire harness and not running a seperate switch as I think this is going to be hard enough with my skills ..LOL
1) I need to tap my Halos and Led Amber Strips what is the best light to tap into ? Can I tap both into the same wire?
2) What supplies do I need to buy that are not supplied with the Halos ?

If you tap into the parking lights, the halos will blink with your turn signals. (I am 99% sure that this will happen).

Why would this happen? The bulb is a dual fillament bulb, the dim side for the parking lights and the brighter side (of bulb) is for the turnsignals. There should be 3 wires going to the bulb, a ground wire, parking light wire and a turnsignal wire. Just tap into the parking wire (+)................plus into the ground wire (-)

Hence the 99%. This is the main reason I wired mine to a separate switch. Cuz at that point I knew that they would only be on when I wanted them on.
i was thinking of connecting mine to a accessory power source so that they're on whenever the key is on. i could then use them as the daytime running lights.
Can I not connect them to my daytime running lights? This way they will be on until I turn on my full night time lights? Or is there another wire that is better I am assuming when i turn my night time headlights on the Halos would then turn off?
Just use a test light to determine which wire is which. Wire'm how ya like'm, but I like mine on a seperate switch 'cause sometimes I dont want them on at all (not attract attention)
