Welcome to the site from Florida! Jay or some other guys may pop in to tell you everything, but I do know you need to file/grind down the bolt you see above your tire in order for 24's to fit. You also are going to have to run with something like a 295x25x24 tire. Hope this helps a little but like I said some other guys on here have 24's and they will chime in soon.

hahaha most people are against 24's but its all on tast and choice. If your going for performance then dont do it. If your going for stuntin then you will need to run a 275-25-24 tire and maybe a spacer. If you want a little more rubber than run a 255-30-24. You ill have to shave the nut right above the wheel a little. Dont worry the bolt will not move or anything. Good luck on your mission.

welcome to the site!

24's on an SE is a NONO... You'll feel how much it slows the car down trust me...

my boy put 24s on his and took them off 2 weeks later cuz his car moved so much slower than mine... he's got 22s and he likes them...

22 should be tops for an SE, the engine/trans just aint strong enough really...

well i can see where your coming from on them being heavy but then again it all depends on the wheel design if you get a full face wheel its gona be heavy as hell but if you find a nice 5 spoke i think you should be fine... As soon as i can i will be adding a second car which means Jill will be a weekend or play car only so 24 will go on regardless of how slow they might make her....

with the 25 series you should be fine with 30 series you will need to cut the bolt key factor is going to be offset so you dont crunch your fenders....

im running 24's with a 275/25-24 tire on an 07 sxt. The rims slowed my car down also but i still think its worth it. I had shave the bolt down a little also. Just be real careful driving.... potholes are horrible down here so i have to be extra careful not to bend a rim
