...but I couldn't get the damn thing off!! I even followed the thread ~~ DIY: Rear wiper removal (detailed write up w/ pictures) ~~ Everything was going great, I got the hatch panel off with ease, the bolt removed, & then there was an hour and a half of me trying to get the wiper off without scratching the paint (which luckly didn't happen). Looks like this is one for the body shop to do unless someone has any advice for me.
I pulled and pulled and yanked the shit out of mine for about 15 minutes and I gave up and was getting ready to take the angle grinder to it to cut it off and I went to grab the wiper and it just slid up and off. So it seems if you dont try so hard it cooperates more.
pulling mine off was a sinch it was the screws holding it in that was a bitch to get to....... i didn't have the right sockets so it took me about an hour.
