HELP!!! on the Amber LED headlight strip (concept bar from AAC)

Help folks, I am at a loss on how to go about installing the AAC LED concept bars, and I sure don't want to screw them up and then seal them in, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. What i have when I opened my package was 4 pieces of led strips, 2 of them had wire leads off the end, one was off, but it appears that it just needs to be soldered. I am wonder how the heck if these are together, how you bend them around the profile of the head light, seems like they would just fall apart.

Here is what i am thinking, taking a piece of proper sized wire, looks like 18 or so, and then solder each individual LED to the wire, covering all that up with 3M tape. I would really like to here from any and all that have done this mod, based on where I am now, not real confortable doing it.

Easy to install, first you bake the strips in a 500 degree oven for 5 hours..

MagWag, did you get the 12inchers? and where they in one piece? And did you mount them on the inside of the clear cover or on the lower lip of the now two toned (on yours) middle piece. BTW, looks awesome, if you are so inclined I would love to see a pic with the light not lit.

I am going to assume you are referring to the units that go inside the headlight. You have to back and open the case for that. On the other hand if you have the strips and they are encased like mine all you need to do is attach to the outside of the headlight like this.
I got mine from Custom Dynamics Motorcycle LED Lights Motorcycle LEDs Lighting

They had 3m tape on the back and it was just peel and stick. Two wire hookup to running lights. I opted for optional circuit so they are turn signals as well. 16" max length, mine are 15".

Those look pretty nice Strykker. How much were those? I am sure cheaper than the AAC strips. The only thing is that they are not quite at that "show" level in appearance just do to the slim line of wires showing. I thuink they look awesome tho, and i would rock em.
