stock sxt to stock sxt bumer swap

title should read "stock sxt to stock sxt bumper swap"

alright so heres the plan. i want to buy a stock sxt front bumper. no grill inserts or fog lights needed. after some modifications and a little bondo work i'll be swapping it out with my stock front bumper. so question is: is there anything im over looking? is there any wiring harness or brackets or tubing that runs through or attached to the front bumper? other then the bumper its self and the plastic rivits that run along the inner wheel well is there anything else that i need to swap out a stock sxt front bumper with the same exact oem replacement bumper??

well basically im going to be doing something like the danko front grill. slightly different of course. along with the home made "danko grill" i'll be modding the lower grill and fog light openings. and probally relocate the license plate. problem is i dont want to do it to the stock bumper i have installed now. so i was asking how difficult would it be to buy a new stock oem sxt front bumper, and after doing all my mods to it. remove the old bumper for the new modded one. i just want to make sure im not overlooking something in the bumper swap.

Yeah you'll be fine, its just held on by the removable plastic fasteners across the top, the fasteners in the wheel wells and the ones along the bottom. So long as you dont cut holes thru the bumper where the foam impact protector is (you can see it behind the bumper)

I've got one at home I'm thinkin about cutting up as well...

You will not want to use regular Bondo on the fascia you will need to use flexible filler so it won't just pop out....it comes in a big syringe type dispenser.

Keep us posted...
