Amber strips for turn signals

I'm getting my halo's thanks to Shawn (eurojet) I'm wondering if I should wait to put them in till I get some LED amber strips or should I put them in and once I get the amber strips mount them on the outside of the light or reopen the headlights?

Hey

I put my halos in and afterwards I decided to add the Amber strips so I had to re-open the lights It came out good ....but be careful when you re-open them as I broke one of my rings and had to replace it .

My opinion, mount them to the outside, once less thing to have to open the headlisghts for. The LED's are extrmely fragile.
