I have an 05 and had no problem...seems like they put the molding on to soon on some cars anyway as the paint cured the moisture had no escape and there be bubblessss....

i removed my moldings over the weekend and had zero problems. i used the fishing line, goo-gone and the finger method ( and boy are my figures raw). i dont know if you guys have seen this new line of products by Turtle Wax. im going to say their ICE line. i ran this liquid clay bar over the area, it took off all unwanted stickiness in a snap. followed up with ther IcE polish. you cant even tell they where there.

Glad it worked out! The mag sure looks 100% better without those parking lot bumpers that's for sure! I need to try something new on my passenger front door because there is a bit of ghosting there.....funny though you can only see it in certain light, seems to pop more in artificial light (garage light, street lights) and the McQuires cleaner aint doing the trick there....
