HID Fogs Fixed !!!!!
The manufacturer emailed me with instructions on a suggested fix. Turns out some cars need the polarity reversed..Now they work fine..Here are camera phone tiny pics..Didnt feel like busting out the big camera....

Polarity is a b1tch, I had the same issue when I put in HID's on my wife's PT cruiser, everything was hooked up properly and nothing worked, so I reversed the wires and it was fine.
