so last night i'm looking for parking and find only one spot that is tighter than a tuna can and take it. I'm pulling foward and there's a dip that pushes me up on the curb, i heard a grind underneath and just ignored it. When i left the pan ripped right off but didn't notice until driving on the freeway, it sounded like my ride was a train! got home and sure enough it was ripped off!
i go to the stealership today and had to get another cause i'm weary of leaving the frame and engine compartments underneath exposed so $80 later it's all installed
The moral of the story............. Back up and park!
glad im bagged when i pull headin i raise it all the way up no chance of curb damage....also do that if i know someone else will be driving like when i got new tires i came out and my front end was over the curb if it wasnt for rasing it my front end would be toast....
