Question Rear View Mirror Disassembly help

I am trying to disassemble my exterior mirrors so that I can color match the Black Plastic half of the mirror to the body of the car. I Have managed to remove the mirror from the car, and get the factory body colored plastic cover off, but am unsure on how to remove the actual mirror from the main black plastic structure. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looks like that is exactly what I need. Too bad all the other plastic pieces are probably being painted as I'm typing this. Maybe I'll give it a shot again when I'm painting my sub enclosures. Thanks

When I painted my mirrors we didn't need to remove the glass and they came out fine.
