Like QS said, you need to make sure your TPS are installed on the new rims. In doing so, I recommend getting a new set of TPSs. There is always a possibility to breaking the TPSs when removing them.
When I had my TPS moved from my stockers to my 22s, I had one that continued to trip the light and I just assumed that it would need replacing.. I switched my flat black vipers with a set of painted ones, and when the TPS was moved to the newer set, they all worked fine.. I don't know why.. just did.

Since I did not have them moved onto the 22s, how do I disconnet the TPS so that it does not keeping flashing every 10 minutes?

Cant disable this system. Your tire installer need to get a clue about the TMS, TPS. The fed law mandates these now so these tire installers need to do some reading and get with the program.
