Starting issue

I guys. I hope I am not the only one who experience this problem.
When I insert the key in the starter and I turn it to start it should activate the starter right away. I my case as soon as I hit the " start " position , the starter works only 2 seconds later. Sometimes it's fine , but many times it takes some time for the starter to react.

Could that be a known issue ?
